Sales and Software Policy
These rules apply to purchases, delivery, refunds, software licences, and downloads. More specific product-page terms also apply where shown.
1. Scope and seller information
This policy covers physical books and games, downloadable software, mixed products, trials, perpetual licences, upgrades, and subscriptions. Product name, price, contents, creator, supported environment, supply date, delivery fee, and withdrawal terms are shown before payment. Verified legal name, representative, registration numbers, business and return addresses, phone, and service hours must be published before live sales.
2. Price, payment, and order checks
The final screen repeats item price, discount, delivery, tax, currency, and total. The server rechecks price, inventory, and policy versions and requires payment-provider approval to match order state. Duplicate approval, amount mismatch, or provider failure never becomes an automatic success. Staging payment is sandbox-only and creates neither a live receipt nor a real purchase right.
3. Physical delivery
Available regions, carrier, delivery charge, expected dispatch, and restrictions are shown with the product or at checkout. Tracking is available from Account or guest lookup after shipment. Material delay is communicated with the revised schedule and cancellation options. Customs duties and local charges for international orders are disclosed before payment.
4. Change-of-mind withdrawal
A physical-good order may generally be withdrawn within seven days after receipt of the contract document, or after supply if supply is later. Statutory exceptions may apply where the customer damages or uses goods so that value is materially reduced. Opening packaging only to inspect the contents does not by itself remove the withdrawal right; packaging, components, and evidence may still be requested for inspection. Change-of-mind return cost follows applicable law and the amount confirmed before payment.
5. Defects or nonconformity
If goods differ from the description, advertising, or contract, statutory remedies may be requested within three months after supply or 30 days after discovering, or when the customer reasonably could have discovered, the issue. Return cost in that case is borne by the seller. A shorter voluntary policy does not override mandatory rights.
6. Refund timing
For a valid withdrawal, amounts received are generally refunded within three business days after returned goods are received or a digital-contract withdrawal notice is received. The payment provider is asked to reverse the charge without delay. The current Korean statutory late-payment rate is 15% per year after the legal deadline. Partial-return and discount recalculation follow fair pre-disclosed rules and mandatory law.
7. Digital supply and withdrawal
Starting a download or activating a licence may limit withdrawal only after the limitation is clearly disclosed and separately accepted before payment, with an appropriate preview, limited use, or trial. Sufficient product information substitutes only where those methods are impractical. Rights for an unsupplied portion, defects, or material misdescription remain. No limitation is applied where disclosure, consent, and supply-start evidence are absent.
8. Software licence
A paid Moru, Naru Creator, or Siru licence is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right for the purchased product and version scope. The default limit is two active devices unless the product states otherwise. Public installer redistribution, resale, licence bypass, and reverse-engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law. A right may be suspended or revoked with an audit record only after refund completion, confirmed payment cancellation or chargeback, verified fraud, or another event that ends the contractual entitlement; merely raising a dispute does not revoke it. Activation uses account and browser device approval; current UI and APIs never expose or use preserved legacy keys.
9. Perpetual licences and upgrades
A perpetual licence covers its purchased major and every minor and patch within that major. A 1.x.x right covers all 1.x.x releases but not 2.x.x. A paid upgrade adds 2.x.x while preserving 1.x.x. A first purchase at 2.x.x covers all 2.x.x releases but does not retroactively add 1.x.x. Perpetual use is not a promise of indefinite support or compatibility with every future operating system.
10. Downloads and archives
GitHub establishes immutable artifact discovery and provenance; it does not decide customer delivery rights. Only releases checked as currently supported by site administration are targets for new customer downloads and paid-app updates. Shop publication, public/private status, and stable/beta channel remain separate authorities. Unchecking a release does not retroactively brick an installed app. Account shows the newest eligible supported release first. Eligible archives appear only after expanding Previous versions. Entitlement is checked again both when listing and when serving a file or authenticating the app, and a file is withheld when release provenance or integrity cannot be verified.
11. Trials and manual grants
A public self-service trial is not currently sold. A separately assigned trial lasts three days, seven days, or another explicit term and is limited by product and version scope. A non-payment grant for an event, crowdfunding pledge, preorder, or support case records its reason, scope, operator, time, expiry, and revocation. Bulk grants use the same validation, deduplication, and audit rules and are not shown as purchases.
12. Future subscriptions and recurring payment
No public subscription or recurring-payment product is currently sold. If introduced, a separate product term will define a calendar month anchored to the purchaser-confirmed IANA time zone and local time rather than a fixed 30 days. An active subscription can use every release currently checked as supported for its product, including releases from before signup and after a cancellation gap; an inactive or expired subscription cannot start a new download or licence refresh. Price, renewal date, cancellation effect, and refund terms are disclosed before separate consent. Sales remain blocked until provider contracts, first-payment adapters, cancellation, and notice flows are complete.
13. Updates, support, and security
Security, defect, compatibility updates, and end-of-support dates are announced where practical. Customers and owners use the same versioned installer; owner functions open only through website owner authorization and a device credential. Browser approval is required only for first connection or account reconnection; while online, apps refresh silently every 24 hours. Time-limited subscription, trial, and promotional rights have a bounded offline grace of currently 30 days, never past their expiry. Perpetual core use does not expire merely because the app is offline, though account management, new downloads, and updates may require reconnection. Revocation and device changes take effect on the next successful online refresh, so they may not reach an offline app immediately. Commercial releases are intended to use signature and SHA-256 checks. Only staging may label an exact allowlisted unsigned artifact as Unsigned test build, and that exception is not commercial signing completion.
14. Adult products
A Korean adult product uses age verification immediately before payment and ordinary products do not show it. Only minimum provider evidence is retained, not raw name, birth date, or phone data. International sales open only after local age and sales restrictions are checked; regions requiring stronger proof are not served by self-declaration alone.
15. Reviews, Contact, and Support
Pre-sale partnerships, submissions, talks, and B2B requests use Contact. Post-purchase order, payment, delivery, refund, and licence problems use Support. The public list shows published verified reviews newest first; the displayed score is the simple average and 1–5-star counts of those reviews. Authors may edit or delete, with deletion hiding the review immediately and scheduling its data and images for destruction after a 30-day grace period. Action is limited to published violations such as personal data, illegality, spam, or harassment, never a low score or criticism alone. The reason is notified, appeals go through Support, and incentivized reviews are labelled.
16. Service closure
Applicable law and sold rights take priority if the service closes. The closure schedule and available download, activation, and support scope are communicated through notice and individual contact, without arbitrarily reducing rights promised by a product EULA. Indefinite support and compatibility with every future operating system are not guaranteed. Perpetual core use is not made to expire solely because the app is offline.
