Test Member Privacy Notice

This notice explains the minimum data used for test membership. A final privacy review is required before real sales begin.

Data used

The service uses email, username, display name, region, language, consent type/version/time, and session security data. Plaintext passwords are never stored.

Purpose

Data is used for email verification, sign-in, recovery, abuse prevention, and account preferences.

Deletion and separation

Account closure deletes or anonymizes profile and credential data. Any legally retained live transaction records are separated from the member profile.

Processors

Cloudflare D1 stores member data, Turnstile provides bot protection, and Brevo delivers authentication email. Processor terms, retention, and transfer notices will be finalized before production.
