Sample · A Season at the Studio
A record of books, games, and small tools changing direction together on one worktable.

This season, several very different projects were kept side by side. Proof pages for a book of words and photographs occupied one end of the table. Hand-cut cards and tokens for a changing set of rules covered the other. On screen, a small tool for arranging long drafts slowly began to take shape.
The projects moved at different speeds, yet their revisions had much in common. The book was read aloud to hear where a sentence lost its breath. The game revealed moments when players understood the same rule in different ways. The software was tested to see whether the next action remained clear without explanation.
The unfinished pieces will stay on the table into the next season. Instead of rushing toward an answer, each will be read, played, and used until it earns a form worth returning to. This is also a review fixture for checking how a long news article and a feature image behave across screen sizes.
